Like a jewel in the heart of the sprawling 4,500-acre master-planned Anthem community, the popular Coventry Homes at Anthem, in south-western Henderson, Nevada is a favorite residential destination of many. The Coventry Homes at Anthem Homeowners Association also hosts a variety of events throughout the year for resident families. These are designed to bring neighbors closer together and increase the value of the community.
The events include “Outdoor Movies and Camp-Out in Harmony Park,” and the popular Winterfest Celebration, which attracts 500 to 600 Anthem Coventry residents. Santa Claus flies in by helicopter to Harmony Park for a visit and neighborhood foodies compete in the community Chili Cook-Off.
There’s also the Coventry Homes at Anthem “Spring Fling” festival, which is held at Easter time in Harmony Park. Hundreds of families come out to enjoy the Spring weather, the area’s largest Easter Egg Hunt with over 3,000 stuffed eggs, and a visit from the Easter Bunny. The festival also includes face painters, bounce houses, a rock-climbing wall, pony rides, a petting zoo, horse-drawn hayrides and a United Blood Services blood drive.
But it’s not just for the kids … you’ll also find adult-only events like the “Bike and Wine Walk” Fundraiser and the Summer “Beer Fest and Sing Along.”
Established in 1999 and developed through 2002, Anthem Coventry’s population of 3,000 lives peacefully in about 1200 private and strategically placed single-family homes.
The houses were built by Del Webb, the original developer of the master plan of Anthem communities, and other top home builders Richmond American Homes and DR Horton.

Between the houses you’ll find meandering walking paths, plenty of green belts, the 10-acre neighborhood Harmony Park and the popular 53-acre Anthem Hills Park.
Anthem Hills Park features every amenity you could ask for, including lighted ball fields, soccer fields that host the City of Henderson Soccer Club games, skate park, roller hockey, basketball and volleyball courts; barbeques, picnic tables and covered picnic shelters; restrooms, playground, walking course and open grass area.
Harmony Park is a community park managed by the Homeowner’s Association, and forms the central focal point of Coventry Homes. Here you’ll witness kids playing, couples strolling hand-in-hand, and families cycling along the walking trails. While smaller than Anthem Hills Park, this well-loved neighborhood destination offers two basketball courts, soccer nets, frisbee golf and life-sized Jenga.
